AP ��� April 13, 2009 ANNAPOLIS- Legislation seeking to reduce Maryland's greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent by 2020 is headed to Gov. Martin O'Malley for his signature. The Senate approved a House version of the bill Monday night without amendments.
