By Susan Wilson The UK will almost double its Kyoto Protocol goal of 12.5 percent reduction of greenhouse gases below 1990 levels by 2010. Right now, it looks as if the UK will actually have a greenhouse gas reduction of 23 percent below 1990 levels.
